Waiver

Waivers are required for all activities in the gym and need to be completed by a PARENT/GUARDIAN only.

Welcome to Wings! We are excited to have you in the gym!

In order to play, we need every child under the age of 18 to have a waiver signed by a PARENT/LEGAL GUARDIAN ONLY!!!

To sign a waiver and agree to our gym policies, here is what you need to do!

1. Click the link below to create your account
2. Add the PARENT/LEGAL GUARDIAN
3. Then you will add your kids
4. Finally you will agree to the waiver policies

For a faster check in at the front desk, please then proceed to the booking page and sign up for the event (Open Gym, Birthday Party, etc) that you plan on attending.
