Fundraiser Open Gym Nights
Fundraiser Nights at Wings Gymnastics will be your favorite fundraiser yet! It’s a fun opportunity for kids and families to build community, while also raising money for your organization! Fundraiser nights are an open gym exclusively for your group that will run from 6-8pm. The cost is $175 and the fundraising potential is unlimited as YOU decide the cost of admission!
Details:
- Flat Fee to Organization of $175.
- You set the admission price and keep all funds over and above the Flat Fee.
- (Example: With 30 kids at $15/kid, a group would earn $275)
- Additional add ons, like concessions or Cold Stone Ice Cream can increase your earnings.
- Wings Provides
- One coaches to supervise students/families in the gym.
- Online link for parents to complete the online waiver prior to arriving at the gym.
- Posters and graphics for you to use to advertise your event.
- Gym coordinator to help personalize the event to create an evening that is both fun and profitable!
- You Provide
- 2+ Adult volunteers to collect payment & sell Cold Stone Ice Cream (you earn $2.20 for each Ice Cream Sold!) Families will pay your organization directly in whatever form you choose (you set the admission price).
- 2+ Adult volunteers to help supervise kids in the gym. Our coach will provide you with a brief training.
- Payment at the end of the night (cash, check or card is accepted).
